TSG’s Responsibilities

The Stylianou Group shall be responsible for the following:

1. The care of property such as screens, windows, shrubbery and walkways.

2. Protection of all other areas not in the scope of work from paint and/or damage.

3. Maintain a clean environment on a daily basis.

Homeowner's Responsibilities

Homeowner shall be responsible for the following:

1. Arrange for all landscaping to be trimmed away from walls.

2. Remove all automobiles away from work area as far as possible.

3. Remove small, delicate items from patios and other areas around the house.

4. Make us aware of any previous water intrusion through faulty windows and sliding before commencement of the pressure cleaning.

5. Advise us on what type of paints were previously used.

Interior Repainting

We will be responsible to protect all furnishing, floors and other items during the painting & renovation process. All furniture will be covered with plastic. We will keep working area clean on a daily basis.

Surfaces to be painted will receive a standard preparation. This includes a light sanding, filling of nail holes in walls, and caulking woodwork and window frames to drywall.

Notes:

·         Repairing of existing woodwork, drywall joints, and wall texturing (due to poor quality workmanship) is not included in our normal painting preparation.
